LASHacademy Terms and Conditions

All LASHacademy courses are fully accredited with The Guild of Professional Beauty Therapists and provide 12 continual personal development (CPD) points.

How to Pay

Within 14 days of course - Payment is required in full.
Over 14 days of booking - A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place. Your remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days before the course commences.

Transferring a Course

If you have a booked a course on a special offer or late availability rate you cannot transfer to a later date once booked.

The following charges will apply if you wish to transfer your booking to a later course date:

If you have booked a course at our standard advertised price then a £40 re-booking fee will apply. The transfer option only relates to clients who are transferring to a different date on the same course. The choice of course date must be specified at the time of transfer (else the instruction will be considered a cancellation). The option to transfer clients can only be used once, after which any movement will be considered a cancellation. All outstanding invoices will remain due, irrespective of the number of working days notice given for the cancellation. To transfer a booking please call us on 07817 732683.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you wish to cancel a course: 

21+ days before your course start date your deposit will be non refundable
1 - 20 days before a course you will still be charged the full remaining balance.

Cancellations must be received in writing and must contain details including name, address and booking details. Your cancellation will be confirmed in writing along with an invoice for any fees due.

Exceptions
Solely at the discretion of LASH by Francesca and if approved a credit note to the value of the original fee paid less an administration fee of £50 per participant will be issued and can be used against any future bookings with LASH by Francesca within the following six month period.

Course Venue and Dates

LASH by Francesca reserves the right to alter course dates and venues without liability. In the event of a cancellation where alternative dates cannot be provided in respect of that course a full refund will be offered. LASH by Francesca will not reimburse travel or accommodation expenses. LASH by Francesca is not able to offer refunds for cancellations outside our control, including adverse weather conditions, flooding or industrial action.
