At the end of each course the participant will receive a certificate of achievement and will be eligible to gain public liability insurance.  The course also awards 12 continuous personal development (CPD) points.

Can I get insurance after the course?

Our courses are recognised by the leading industry association, The Guild of Beauty Therapists. You will have no problem arranging inexpensive insurance after completing your assessment workshop. Full details will be sent to you in your enrolment pack.

What happens if I fail the assessment workshop?

You can re-take the assessment at a later date free of charge.

Will I get lots of practice on the course?

Yes, these courses are primarily practical based and you will have plenty of 1:1 time with the trainer.

Are the trainers fully qualified?

All our lecturers hold recognised teaching qualifications and have professional qualifications in all the subject areas that they teach.

What is in the Basic Kit?

Included in the starter kit are all the items needed to enable you to start practicing as soon as you leave us.   We have taken the guesswork out of choosing the right products and supply only the highest quality professional products and equipment to our students.

What time does the cours start?

All courses start at 10.00am and finish at 5.30pm. Registration is 15 mins before the start of the course.

What should I wear to the course?

Clothing should be comfortable with short sleeves or sleeves that can be rolled up and a cardigan is useful.  Jewellery (except wedding rings) must be removed, so for safekeeping we recommend that you leave most jewellery at home. Hair must be secured away from the face. Nails should be short, without varnish or extensions.

I live a long way away, where can I stay nearby?

You will receive our Accommodation List in your enrolment pack.

How do I get to the course?

A location map will be included in the enrolment pack.

Are there refreshments on the course?

A full range of refreshments are available at the beginning of the day.  To keep costs down lunch is not included however there are reasonably priced facilities on-site and nearby.
