Appointments

All salon appointments are by advance appointment only. The LASHsalon™ cannot accomodate early arrivals and late arrivals over 15 minutes past your appointment may be reduced with full price charged.

Out of Salon Terms

On-location appointments will require a £75 non-refundable deposit and fees include £75 for time and overheads for Francesca and convenience to you. Parking meters and congestion charges are extra and will be added to the final bill. Additional clients at same location will not incur this charge.

Sunday Terms

All appointments on a Sunday incur an additional £10 fee.

Payment Terms

Payments are accepted by GBP CASH or CREDIT/DEBIT CARD.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you give us the courtesy of providing at least 24 hours verbal notice for cancellations to avoid the cancellation fee which is 50% of treatment fee.
