Orders & Delivery
All orders require immediate payment and will normally be processed within 24hrs during work hours. Orders made before 12 noon will be despatched the same day excepting Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. All goods will be sent via First Class Recorded Delivery and will require a signature on receipt.

With advance notice we are happy to send items by ordinary post but feel we need to make clear that this would be at your own risk.

Should an item get lost in the post we will provide it to you on request (who pays postage) so that you can make a claim with Royal Mail.  Undelivered goods returned to us may be the subject of additional postal costs.

Next Day Guaranteed before 1pm
All orders must be made before 12pm for next day delivery before 1pm Mon – Friday (excepting Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays).  All orders received after this time will be sent the following working day.

Out of Stock
If your product is out of stock (on back-order) at time of ordering, delivery could take upto 28 days. In these circumstances the customer can advise us via email so we can offer a refund if you are not able to wait.

Returns & Exchanges
If your product is faulty please contact us by phone or email and arrange for return delivery back to us. Notification of any faulty goods must be made within 14 days of the product being delivered to you. We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any exchange or product credit.

In the unlikely event that products are delivered faulty, we will exchange the product or give a product credit. If the item was found to be of merchantable quality and fit for purpose we will send back the original product.

Returning items by post 

To return items by post, send via Recorded Delivery from the Post Office as proof of postage. Please advise us by email or phone that you have done so quoting the the Recorded Delivery reference number. This begin with 2 letters has 9 numerical digits and GB at the end.

Any damaged or lost goods caused by the Post Office should be the subject of a claim by the customer to the Post Office for the value of the goods plus postage – claim forms are available from your local Post Office. LASH by Francesca will provide purchase details and proof of posting on request.

Online Ordering
Where a customer has made an error in an online order LASH by Francesca reserves the right to replace an item and charge postage for any alternative of the same value. Such errors must be notified no later than 24 hours of the order being placed.
